Pre-Unit 1 Reflection - Language - Identity
I think that this unit is going to be fairly hard as I still do not really get what it is that we
are going to do. I am sure though that I will soon understand and that I will enjoy the
unit as much as I like my language. I know that language does not only bring a change
to your accent, but also to your personality and identity as language is a part of culture.
Also, we will be making avideo and I think that is going to be fun, as well as writing a
letter about ourselves.

Summative 1 Reflection
Hi,
This is my summative 1 reflection for my first English myp assessment of the year. I
Must say that I feel satisfied with the grades I received (7,5,7,6)/8. I am not too happy
About the 5/8 I had. We can see that my strengths on this assessment were Criterion
A and Criterion C, the criterion I got seven on. On criterion A, I took that grade
because I had a sophisticated evaluation and reflection. On criterion C on the other
hand, I took that grade because I had sophisticated personal reflection on influences.
I am quite happy about the grade I received for Criterion D, 6/8. I had that grade
as I used good language with some errors. On criterion B, I had a 5/8, which I am
not too proud of... I received this grade as the format was as a letter and it was mostly
clear throughout. I think I can improve on both, Criterion B and D. On criterion D,
will be hard to improve as improving language takes a long time, but I can increase
my reading to help me. On criterion B instead, I should get more organised within my
paragraphs and never forget a good ending, especially on a letter.
